We believe in 100% customer satisfaction! If you're not happy with the product you received for any reason or just want to exchange for a smaller or bigger size, please e-mail us, we will e-mail you a paid return shipping label.

We accept exchange within 30 days of your purchased date. The product most not be worn at work, get dirty, washed, have a custom text on it or damaged in any shape or form. Please understand that we can't resale the products if it have your name or company name on it.

If we made a mistake on your order we will pay for the shipping return costs. A shipping label will be emailed to the email you left on your order.

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we will gladly take the order back and issue you a full refund within the 30 days of your purchased date, only if the product haven't been worn to work, got dirty, washed or damaged. We can't accept returns for products that have custom text.

Once we received the products you shipped back to us. Our team will do an inspection. If they find out the product was worn to work, washed or got dirty, we will ship the product back to you for no full refund or exchange. Please understand that we can't resale the products if its damaged or washed.
